Thomas J. Kelly

Mr. Kelly brings more than 30 years of senior living experience. Mr. Kelly provides his clients with a vast amount management and development services to assisted living communities and senior care organizations. Services include architectural review, regulatory analysis, certificate of need preparation, staff development and operational consulting. Mr. Kelly was part of a select group of senior living industry leaders from New Jersey including state regulators that went to the state of Oregon in 1995 to learn about Assisted Living.  This pioneer group developed regulations, worked with various state agencies including the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, New Jersey Board of Nursing, New Jersey Board of Pharmacy and state officials to create what we know as Assisted Living today.
